Yoga Lessons

Yoga has multiple benefits for human health at all levels (physical, mental, spiritual). Recommended by doctors for orthosomia, rehabilitation of injuries and relief from spine and joints pain, by psychologists to beat stress and the depression, and even by teachers for children to increase the concentration and discipline. It is a great exercise for everyone from ordinary trainees, pregnant women, the elderly, to athletes.

A yoga course is a combination of positions (asanas) which improves breathing, balance, strength, flexibility, body control and mind.

This is an excellent way to get fit and relaxed and we recommend to you to enjoy it at the unique landscapes of the island. The combination of gorgeous scenes of the island along with yoga is one of the best experiences you will ever have. Places such as Panagia Tou Vounou, the hills of Chrissopigi and unique beaches, are ideal to do yoga lessons. The renewal, strengthening and especially uplift you will get, will fill you energy and calm.

You may attend courses, divided into private lessons from 1-4 persons and group lessons of minimum 5 persons or more.
