What are the age limits for bike rental?
The permitted age for riding is 16-60 years old. However, minor renters must be accompanied by at least one adult rider.
Is there a weight limit for bike rentals?
Each rider should not exceed a weight limit of 120 kg for bike rentals.
Who do I pick up the bike from or return it to?
The bike is picked up and returned only to a representative of the rental company. We do not pick up or return the bike to hotel staff or on the street.
Where do I pick up or return the bike?
The bike can be picked up/returned at the rental company’s office at no extra charge, or at your accommodation for an additional fee.
What should I have with me when returning the bike?
Upon returning the bike, the customer must read, accept, and sign the rental agreement. The customer will be asked to provide passport/ID details along with credit card information as a deposit for the rented equipment.
What happens if there is damage or a flat tire?
In case of a flat tire or any other damage to the bike that renders it unusable, the renter should notify the company for roadside assistance or pickup service at an additional charge. The repair of the bike by the renter or third parties is not allowed without the company’s approval. Any repairs made without approval will not be refunded, and the company is not responsible for unauthorized repairs.
Can I return the bike earlier and get my money back?
If you return the bike earlier than planned, you will still be charged for the entire rental period.
Can I extend the bike rental?
The extension of the rental is only possible after contacting an employee of our office by phone, email, or in person.
What happens if I don’t arrive on time for a scheduled excursion departure?
If a participant does not arrive on time at the scheduled departure point for the excursion or leaves for any reason, they will not receive a refund of the participation fee they paid.
What happens if an excursion is canceled due to bad weather?
If an excursion is canceled for any reason, the company will reschedule it to a new date and time.
What should I wear while riding the bike?
It is recommended to wear comfortable sportswear and athletic, flat shoes. Of course, you will be provided with a helmet, which is mandatory to wear while riding the bike.
