Maisonette 90 sq.m. which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/showers on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own private entrance and veranda, while the bedrooms are connected by internal doors.

One bedroom has a double bed (160×200 cm) or 2 single beds (80×200 cm) and includes a kitchenette, α refrigerator, kitchenware, and an armchair bed. The second bedroom has a double bed (160×200 cm) and access to the kitchen on the first floor via an internal staircase.

On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and a bathroom/shower, which can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children on a sofa bed (sofa dimensions 98×205 cm with 1 85×205 cm mattress and 1 85×182 cm mattress).

The first floor has 3 verandas. Two verandas on the street side, one of which offers a side sea view, and one veranda on the garden side with a side sea view.
