The beauty, history and culture of Athens are featuring at the Brazilian TV. Brazilian television travel programme Viagem Cultural showcased Athens in two episodes broadcast on leading network RedeTV!, focusing on the city centre and the Athens Riviera.
The show, which attracts 2 million viewers, presented the local culture, music, dance and Greek cuisine of Athens.
“Athens, the land of gods, Mediterranean cuisine, the best olive oil and coffee, and lots of culture. The city has so many attractions that you will experience with me right now!”, host Rodrigo Ruas tells viewers.
Marketing Greece arranged a press trip to Athens for Viagem Cultural as part of efforts to promote Athens in Brazil.
